to be unable to train.

Can I use any venue to train at?
We run adult Krav Maga classes in Watford, Rickmansworth and Harrow twice a week so students have a great deal of flexibility when and where they train.
Our membership options are based on how often someone wants to train but all membership levels allow students to use all three venues.
Adults (16+)
All the adult classes are in the evening apart from Saturday morning in Watford.
Life is busy and plans can change very quickly which is why we let all adult members train at any of the venues. You simply book the classes you want to use, this can be done on the day. There is no penalty to cancel a class or if you can’t make it, the aim to offer maximum level of flexibility so that you can train when you want to. Members often highlight our busy weekly calendar of classes is a really useful aspect of training at Fighting Fit Krav Maga.
Teens (11-15yrs)
We run Krav Maga classes for Teenagers in Watford and Harrow. There sessions twice a week at both venues and teenage members can use both venues to train at. Full venue details and times are available on our find your class page
Many teenagers have school sports, other activities and plenty of homework to try and cram in and juggling all this can be difficult for parents, especially with more than one teenager. So we offer as much flexibility as possible. Members simply book the classes they want to take and can do so on the day if needed. There is no penalty if you cancel a class or can’t make it.
Kids (5-10yrs)
We run Krav Maga classes for children in Watford and Harrow. There sessions twice a week at both venues and Kids members can use both venues to train at.
Many kids have other activities so by allowing them to train at either Watford or Harrow our intention is to provide as much flexibility and opportunity to attend as possible. As parents we know getting kids to clubs can be a challenge especially when you have more than one doing different things.
To help you can book your child onto the classes they wish to attend each week, there is no penalty to cancel or if you simply can’t make it. Full venue details and times are available on our find your class page.
Are there gradings at Fighting Fit Krav Maga?
All age groups have the option to grade but you do not have to.
When learning something new many people of all ages want to be able to see that they are progressing.
As Krav Maga is a real world self-defence system there are no competitions so gradings provide an opportunity to test how well you have mastered the techniques and are a chance to perform in a slightly more pressured atmosphere to our normal classes.
Experience shows that students gain a great sense of achievement from passing a grading and tend to improve more rapidly than those students who don’t grade.
Gradings are not for everyone and not grading does not impact on the techniques that a student is taught.
If I have children in different age groups can they train together?
We are absolutely open to siblings of different age groups training in the same classes.
Running kids between all the classes and groups they do can be a nightmare so we try and be flexible on this where possible.
At the same time the content of the kids’ classes can be quite different to that of the teens and the latter is longer than the former. Experince shows that kids of nine / ten plus can cope with the teens’ class but it does very much depend on the individual child.
The best thing to do is to call us and speak about the options.

Both our daughters aged, 15 and 17, love their Krav lessons as keeps them fit and safe. I am so reassured that they know how to look after themselves as Krav gives them extra confidence. The instructors are great too, always kind and fully engaged. Highly recommend the club to everyone.
