What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga means Contact Combat. It is a self-defence and fighting system incorporating techniques from Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Aikido adding defending against multiple and armed attackers as well as using objectives such as rucksacks to defend yourself. It teaches self-defence from all angles and from different states of readiness.
Techniques are based on your body's natural flinch response and target the attacker's most vulnerable parts to create maximum impact in the shortest amount of time possible.
Krav Maga teaching is based on scenarios and includes how to avoid dangerous situations, de-escalate confrontations and early prevention techniques.
